Trans-generational trauma, the holocaust and limerence

A personal reflection on a little discussed topic of how trauma is passed down from parent to child, often unconsciously.

In my case it was my father’s expereince of being in Auschwitz as a 12 year old boy where his parents and 7 brothers and sisters were gassed.

I also talk at the end of the video how it played out albeit unconsciously with my own limerence
